Event Policies

For events that require us to close to the public, or open on a Sunday after Brunch, a room fee based on our projected sales and/or staffing needs may be required.

Dining Parties with 15+ Guests
Parties of 15+ who wish to be seated for dinner are required to order from a prix fixe menu. This ensures that all guests will be served at the same time. Prix fixe menus can be found on the events page.

Cocktail Parties
Kingston Station offers 3 appetizer packages. These options can be found on the events page Cocktail parties are not required to order an appetizer package.

Reservations
To officially reserve a party for 15+ guests, a credit card number is required at the time of reservation. Payment for the event is not charged until the event is completed.

Cancellation Fees
In the case of a canceled event or a change to the number of guests in your party, the event organizer must give 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. A cancellation fee of $10 per guest will be charged to the credit card on file if Kingston Station is not notified of the cancelation 48 hours prior to the event. Notice of cancellation must be confirmed verbally over the phone with the general manager or acknowledged by the general manager in a written email response.

Gratuity
Please accept a 20% automatic gratuity on all parties of 6 or more guests.

Cake fee: $15 per cake
Corkage fee: $20 per bottle
